Each Rose Chérie Paris hat is crafted from high-quality materials, chosen for their elegance, structure and longevity.

During transport, it is possible that your hat may arrive slightly reshaped. This is completely normal and easily reversible.

To restore its original shape, simply use steam:

– Place the hat flat on a surface
– Cover it with a clean, dry cloth to protect the material and prevent any water marks
– Apply generous steam using a steam iron

For the brim, you may gently press over the cloth, as you would when ironing a garment, to smooth and flatten any reshaped areas.
For the crown, use steam only, without pressure, allowing the material to relax naturally.

Once the steaming process is complete, remove the cloth and let the hat dry naturally on a flat surface.

Once dry, the hat will regain its shape beautifully.

This care ritual is part of what allows your hat to age gracefully and accompany you for many years.
