What size should I choose?

The majority of Rose Chérie Paris hats are adjustable. Size details and adjustment systems are specified on each product page.
Some models are available up to size 60.

Where are the hats made?

Each Rose Chérie Paris hat is made to order in our Parisian ateliers, with the greatest care.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments by credit card, PayPal and PayPal installment payments are accepted. All transactions are fully secured.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

What is the preparation time?

Each hat is made to order and requires a preparation time of up to 5 business days before shipment, excluding exceptional circumstances and periods of high activity.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected carrier. The average delivery time observed is 48 to 72 hours once the order has been shipped.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

For logistical and security reasons, deliveries to PO Box addresses are not possible.
We kindly ask you to provide a complete and accessible delivery address to ensure proper delivery of your order.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Returned items will be refunded after receipt and inspection.
