Where are Rose Chérie Paris hats made?
Each Rose Chérie Paris hat is crafted in Paris with special attention to detail. Every piece is made to order with the utmost care.
Are the hats adjustable?
Yes. Most Rose Chérie Paris hats are adjustable thanks to a discreet internal system designed to ensure comfort and proper fit. Adjustment details are specified on each product page.
What size should I choose?
Most models fit head sizes from 55 to 58 (or up to 59 depending on the design). Some models are also available up to size 60. Exact measurements are always indicated on each product page.

ORDER & PAYMENT
When will my order be prepared?
Each hat is made to order and requires a preparation time of up to 5 business days before shipment, except in exceptional cases during peak periods.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed shortly after confirmation. A modification or cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments by credit card, PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4 (interest-free) are accepted. All transactions are secure.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Which countries do you ship to?
Available destinations are displayed when creating your account or before completing your payment.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the destination and selected carrier. The average delivery time observed is 48 to 72 hours once the order has been shipped.
Will customs duties or taxes apply?
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the relevant authorities. Any such fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. Returned items will be refunded once received and inspected. A new order may then be placed.

How should I store my hat?
We recommend storing your hat away from direct light and humidity, laid flat. Wearing and adjustment tips are available in the How to Wear Your Hat section, as well as on the card included with each order.
