Your order is made by hand with love ... the time for its shipment is 5 working days from the payment of your order.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage.
All shipping rates are shown when entering the purchase process.

We send worldwide, however if your country was not in the choices, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form.

You can track your order at any time by accessing the account section when you are identified.

A careful shipment

We take special care when preparing your order. Products are sent in rigid cardboard boxes to keep their shape intact during transport.

Our environmental impact

In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we do not send you a paper invoice. When ordering, you will receive an email containing the invoice in PDF file.

You can return any item that does not suit you within 14 days of delivery.

Return costs are your responsibility. Rose Chérie Paris cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package, which is why it is advisable to choose a shipping method with insurance and tracking and delivery against signature.
