Rose Chérie Paris ships worldwide.

Each hat is made to order and requires a preparation time of up to 5 business days before shipment, excluding exceptional circumstances and periods of high activity. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected carrier. The average delivery time observed is 48 to 72 hours once the order has been dispatched.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Unfortunately, PO Box addresses cannot be handled by our shipping partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder if necessary and contact us if you have not received it.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are not possible.
