DELIVERY

Rose Chérie Paris ships worldwide.

Each hat is made to order in Paris and requires a preparation time of up to 5 business days before shipment, excluding exceptional circumstances and periods of high activity. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder if necessary and contact us if you have not received it.

All orders are shipped with tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their parcel once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected carrier. The average delivery time observed is 48 to 72 hours once the order has been dispatched, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures or carrier delays.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.

Unfortunately, PO Box addresses cannot be handled by our shipping partners.

TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES

For customers located within the European Union, prices displayed on the website include the VAT applicable in the customer’s country once the delivery address has been entered.

For customers located outside the European Union, French VAT is automatically removed once the delivery address is entered on the website. Orders shipped outside the European Union are therefore invoiced excluding French taxes.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, local taxes or clearance charges may still apply once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Rose Chérie Paris has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not shipping fees charged by Rose Chérie Paris.

By placing an order on the website, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees required by their country.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a parcel is refused, returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, or remains unclaimed, the order may be refunded once the parcel has been successfully returned to Rose Chérie Paris.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any return shipping fees, customs return charges or carrier fees incurred due to refusal or non-acceptance of the parcel may also be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

LOST PARCELS

In the event that a parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, Rose Chérie Paris will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return requests must be submitted through the website contact form or by email at contact@rosecherieparis.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, free from stains, damage, deformation or signs of wear, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Items returned damaged, worn or unsuitable for resale may be refused.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error by Rose Chérie Paris.

Exchanges are not possible.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
