These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.rosecherieparis.com.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the customer.
1. SELLER INFORMATION
The website www.rosecherieparis.com is published by Rose Chérie Paris, with its registered office at 39 rue Mozart, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, France.

2. PRODUCTS
Rose Chérie Paris offers hats and fashion accessories for sale.
Each piece is made to order with the utmost care, according to the characteristics described on each product page.
Photos, visuals and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however they do not constitute an absolute contractual commitment, in accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code.
3. ORDERS
The customer declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to place an order.
Orders are placed directly on the website. An order is confirmed once payment has been validated.
Rose Chérie Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros or in the currency selected by the customer, inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees.
In accordance with Article L.112-1 of the French Consumer Code, shipping fees are specified before the order is confirmed.
Rose Chérie Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. PAYMENT
Payments made on the website are secure.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and PayPal, including PayPal Pay in 4 (interest-free), subject to PayPal’s terms and eligibility.
In accordance with Article L.133-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, no banking or card details are stored on the website.

6. SHIPPING
Rose Chérie Paris ships worldwide.
Preparation times, delivery times and carriers are detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery will take place no later than thirty (30) days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return conditions, procedures and any applicable exclusions are detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are not possible.
8. LEGAL WARRANTIES
The customer benefits from the following legal warranties:
• The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code)
• The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)
These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.
9. LIABILITY
Rose Chérie Paris shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products.
Rose Chérie Paris cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure as defined by French case law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Rose Chérie Paris website (texts, images, photographs, logos, graphics, videos and visual elements) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited, in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their personal data.
12. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
